Stage fright can afflict even the most seasoned performer.

Whether you are a musician, an actor or someone who gives presentations, we can help you overcome everything from “first night nerves” to unexpected terror.

We use techniques which are also very effective at overcoming phobias to help you cope in the way that you need.

We combine explanations about how the brain really works with relaxation, guided imagery and imaginal exposure to help you overcome any anxiety. We work closely with your ambitions and goals and help you to identify small steps which can be taken towards your goal. This way, you get continual reassurance that you are making steady progress.

We want you to feel in control of the process and do not expect you to book a whole series of sessions in advance. Some people find two or three sessions really useful and do not require more. Others may need half a dozen sessions. It all depends on you and your specific circumstances. Our aim is to provide the help you need when you need it. We are confident that you will find our help really effective and will find benefit right from the very first session.
